Companies like Redflex and ATS lie to police all the time and claim someone is banging on the van. They do this because that is the only way they can get the cops to come and ask us to leave. what authority does a private company have upholding the law??? obscuring the vision of someone is not a violation of any law. however it’s totally allowed for a law enforcement officer to lie to a citizen in order to enforce law.
How about in the future the camera dude finds something better to do. he probably got popped for speeding and is pissed off. Who knew what happened before he turned his camera on. I say he was blocking the view of the radar and speed camera, therefore he is hindering a police investigation…………….

It’s always easier to just tell the truth. You don’t have to worry then about keeping up with your lies and trying to remember all the details. Telling the truth just gets it all out the way. I don’t know why people like this lie when they can so easily get caught.

Thanks for posting. People shouldn’t take the presence of these vans at face value. A paranoid populace is not worth a few “speeders.” It really shows you where law enforcement’s heads are at, instead of where they should be.
It isn’t a “police investigation” when everyday people have to walk around with a camera watching them at every turn. I’m glad people feel passionate enough about actual freedom to bring this stuff to light — without even breaking any laws!
