Voice detection requires a controlled setting, a yes or no answer and it is important that the person know they are testing so as to create appropriate control questions to compare the responses to the relevant questions.
Now that is a very interesting concept..If it is a public speech I don’t see why not, especially when it is Already being recorded! Body language and the eyes blinking at a certain rate often tell a lot!
I think your idea is really brilliant, especially for election. I don’t think it against any law in our country.
