   Thanks for this i’ve been looking for a good way to look relaxed and confident. Hopefully this will help me make more friends and to maybe impress the guy i like.

   your question makes perfect sense and yes it works for me. I’m SO not confident so i started studying body language not long ago. I learned to look confident while standing by relaxing my shoulders and placing my feet shoulder width apart w/ out locking my knees. i started correcting this each time i noticed i was fidgeting and now i do it naturally. It gave my mind something to do so i forgot about being nervous and now i’m confident b/c i know my body looks confident even when i’m not!
