Is it just me, or do looks determine everything in a life? Since our generation is all about the media, the shallowness on tv is being conveyed into our reality. I’ve seen shows like sweet sixteen and real world and the bachelor, and actually on a show where there were two girls and a guy and the guy has his friend in a van with a lie detector. When the guy tells the girls about the lie detection software, the girls are all suprised, and the guy says the less attractive one lied about something minor, and the more attractive one told the truth when she said she would rather win and oscar than stop world hunger. Guess who he chooses… the more attractive one. Are looks really everything?

Unfortunately, yes. Humans, though we may not know it, are all superficial beasts. We strive to make ourselves better looking according to the latest "fad" or trend. Yes, sad I know. But in the end, everyone is so used to it that no one really notices or cares unless someone takes is to an extreme.
no, looks aren’t necessarily everything! In fact, they can be very deceiving!
Well sadly our society is easily corrupted by the media, so whatever the media says is what determines how society acts. There are a lot of shallow people out there, but there are still some people who havent lost their sense of being a true human being.
No, looks aren’t everything. Height helps, too. This is natural behavior, by the way.
