This is an way to tell if someone is lying. Now, everyone is different, this is just what I’ve been learning, and in my prior experience with talking to people and seeing them lie. I do appreciate his response in an attempt to clear things up. Because as stated in the video, when I heard him lying about things, it really did erk me. Now, Im not sure I believe him 100% in that he simply forgot to clarify, because I can certainly see how someone who has only been playing for the last few years would have NEVER picked up on those things. Im sure they are aware of that fact also, so it still does seem to me that they were purposely being deceptive. But hey, I am glad he addressed it. 8 ways to tell if someone’s lying 1. Body Language Watch their hands, studies show that people tend to touch their face and scratch their nose when lying 2. Eyes Liars always look at their top left. Looking to the top left means you’re being creative – as in lying – and looking to top right is recalling memories. 3. Words When lying, people will tend to skip contractions, saying “did not” instead of “didn’t.” Liars also avoid pronouns, saying “him/her” instead of their actual names. 4. Posture Liars like to keep their posture closed, folding their arms for example. Liars also unconsciously tend to put and object between you, like a cup of coffee. 5. Mouth When normal, people smile using many facial muscles, but liars tend to have an unnatural creepy half smile. 6. Pause When talking to the liar, pause momentarily, if the person feels restless and uncomfortable, they may be lying. 7. Details If they’re giving detail than necessary, this may be a bad sign. People tend to be overly specific when lying. 8. Change the subject If they seemed relieved that the subject has been changed, this is a red flag that they’ve been lying straight to your face
